We’re all worshipping together as a family. We’ll have some busy bags for them as they worship with you. There will be family seating too, with space to spread out a blanket because sometimes the floor is more comfy for the littles. Strollers + because sometimes the floor is just more comfy: floor mats / blankets for roaming around also welcome! If your crew wants snacks, be sure to pack a few.

We are so excited to see you CHURCH!
Our Vision Builders series is officially wrapped! And it’s absolutely a series that you’ll want on repeat + you can catch the replays here. You’re invited to be a part of building the house as we rally around the vision of City Light. We could not be more excited about developing our part to play in the kingdom. So thankful we are building this together.
Over the past several weeks, we have been focusing on our commitment and investment in the house, in our city and in the kingdom. Will you join us as we seek God’s vision + pray about our part to play?
More info + how to let us know you’re with us is posted @ the link below!
T E A M
We have an incredible T E A M of volunteers at City Light. Looking ahead to this season of new + different services (whether outdoor or indoor), we are adding to the team + there’s a place for you! If you would like to help serve in some capacity (the sky is the limit — there’s always new roles). *Team* can mean so many different roles — what part can you play?
We may not have all the answers, in this world that is uncertain + ever changing. But we have a hope. His name is Jesus. And our role is to point people around us to Him. To live for the good of others + the glory of God. We have what the world is looking for. Our job is to share it, so that all are awakened to the light + love of Jesus. He is the hero, but we have a part to play.
ALL THINGS *UPCOMING*
WE ARE NOW GATHERING ONLINE EACH SUNDAY. WE WILL NOT BE ONSITE AT CARROLL MAGNET MIDDLE SCHOOL FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
Where we started.
C3 City Light is a startup church + we launched our first Sunday on January 27, 2019 in Raleigh, NC. We are a city on a hill, taking light into the darkness. This is our priority and our purpose. To see people who are far from God, encounter His love, be transformed by His power, discover their purpose and change the world together. So you'll find us here, until Raleigh looks like Heaven.
The Message version says it best in Matthew 5:14: You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill -- so shine!
Legacy is often something you reflect on, rather than acting as a launching pad to cast a vision for what’s to come. For us, it’s both...keep reading?
Where we’re headed.
We are convinced that the local church is God’s plan for connecting with people; that it’s not just something referenced in the New Testament, but has the power to change the way we think about church. Will you give us the opportunity to introduce you to a different definition of church?keep reading?
